All bedrooms are upstairs. Double sleeper sofa downstairs in room next to kitchen (sleeps 1 adult of two kids). Sleeps a total of 12 people. Only 4 vehicles permitted. Park 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. No parking in other units driveways or in front of other units or on the grass. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher. Total of six new flat screen T.V.'s (two downstairs and one in every bedroom). BBQ with propane on the outside deck. Washer and Dryer. There is a hot tub in a separate building for use by all Snowcreek 4 visitors. No motor homes, RV parking, trailer parking per HOA policy. We have extra fast internet/WIFI (400 mbps). Very quiet area with lots of manicured open space (not like the new developments in Mammoth with the units on top of each other). We have another place in Snowcreek 4.
