Looking for a true luxury ski-in/ski-out, 3-bedroom in Mammoth? Well, look no further! This lovely Eagle Run condo, makes an ideal vacation getaway, and offers an amazing 180-degree view of the area's beautiful scenery, including spectacular vistas on the Sherwin Mountain range, the Valentine Reserve and the gorgeous White Mountains. Situated just off the slopes at Eagle Lodge Chair 15, you can literally ski right up to the front door! Sleeps 8!

This newly-built home is conveniently located adjacent to the underground parking access for ease in loading/unloading your luggage and gear. When you arrive, you will step onto the heat-traced walkways and open your front door. Welcome to your beautiful mountain getaway! This 1370 sq. ft home is just steps away from one of the two large community hot tubs. At the entrance, you will find a mudroom with a secure ski closet for your gear. The property features a fully-appointed, modern kitchen with granite countertops, an in-unit washer/dryer, and new furnishings throughout. The living room includes a new 40” flat screen TV with DVD player, with additional flat screen TVs in all bedrooms.

The upstairs master bedroom and living room both offer decks with views, and a gas fireplace. In the living room, you will find a dining area for 6, as well as barstools for another 3. The master bedroom offers a King bed, 42” TV, walk-in closet and private, full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a 36” TV, while bedroom three includes 2 Twin beds and a 32” TV. The downstairs bathroom offers double sinks with a shower/tub combo, and can be divided for privacy.

Perched high on the hill above Eagle Lodge, the Eagle Run complex is one of Mammoth's most spectacular condominium developments, offering the ultimate ski-in/ski-out location through the winter season, as well as convenient entry to the town bike trail during the warmer months. Stunning panoramic views, underground parking, heat-traced walkways, and beautifully appointed interiors are hallmarks of this Mammoth premiere community. The kitchens offer maple cabinets, granite countertops, hardwood floors and the newest state-of-the-art appliances. This unit is furnished in earth tones and spice colors, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. Two parking passes come with this unit. One assigned space is located in the underground parking garage marked #204. Overflow parking is available inside of the garage as well in unmarked spots on a first-come first-serve basis.

Stayed at a ski in ski out condo. The lift for this use however was not open, therefore ski and ski out in truth was not possible. Wish they may have provided notification/disclosure prior to our booking.

Quiet condo
Condo was cozy and comfortable. I was concerned about it being too warm in the summer but there were fans available. After being out all day, we used the fans to bring in the cool evening air from outside. The luggage carts made transporting our belonging easily. All in all it was an enjoyable stay and would visit again.

Great location for skiers but a drive to the town so be prepared. We chose this spot knowing exactly where it was as we had stayed at Juniper lodge previously. We knew that if it snowed we wouldn’t be going anywhere…and it did. For two straight days. That said the house worked really well for us and we would come again

Great ski-in ski-out location
Comfortable for six people, clean, good ski in ski out location next to Eagle Lodge. It took a while to heat the main living area, but once the heat reached 70° it was not an issue. We did find some space heaters after the fact. The assigned parking space and guest parking was convenient. Overall very happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great location
Close to to the village. Nice home, fully stocked. Beautiful view. It was a bit warm and no AC but it cooled down at night. We fished, hiked, mountain biked, ate dinner at the village. A great vacation!

Great Condo
Condo was as described, kitchen was well stocked and the view from the family room was great. There is so much snow this year (April 2023) there was a 20 foot tall tunnel of snow leading to our unit so you can not ski in or ski out of any of the units at this point. It is possible to ski to the Juniper Lodge and then walk up the road to the Eagle Run.

Took us about an hour to find the location since there is no exactly the street name and #. It is a good experience though. Beside the confusion of where is the property, we enjoy the stay.

The views from this property are amazing. The luggage carts are also a life saver for hauling all gear from the garage. In summer, the top floor (master) can really heat up so our only suggestion would be a ceiling fan up there or some box fans supplied. We brought our own fans knowing the weather would be hot.

This condo is spacious and in a great location. It is at the end of the complex so not quite as convenient as the other condos. You have to walk through the garage to get to the slopes - but that might have been because of all the snow. Would have been nice to know this when we booked. Also the wifi needs upgrading. It was very slow. Other than that a great place to stay and enjoy Mammoth. Beautiful views and sunsets from the condo which was a bonus.

Amazing views......sunrise & sunsets were breathtaking. Nice location & clean, but quite a few stairs. Garage is convenient, jacuzzi is close to the unit, ski slopes are a short walk through the complex. Overall we would definitely recommend the property & the management was always available with any issues. The check out list made for some comic relief since there is a fine for anything you might forget to do. Example: Leave a light on that’s $25 or a shade cracked that will cost you $25 too. 😂😂😂 We will be back next year!

Family Ski Vacation
The property had a very good location, we were able to get to the slope albeit climbing over huge mounds of snow. The views were great, and everything was in good working order. The only negative, there was a large ice patch in front of our unit. I fell on it, and it was really dangerous. We requested that they do something about it. The management company blamed the Home Owner association, but nothing was resolved, and no one followed up. Other than that it was very nice.

Great condo at Mammoth Eagle
Property is exactly as advertised. Nice layout and very functional for family of 2 adults + 3 kids. Kitchen has all needed pots, pans, cutlery, etc. but has NO spices, oils, etc. Bring everything you might need. Property manager/rental company is easy to work with and very responsive. Only complaint is more directed at the building management...this is not ski in/out, because they don't maintain a path to the ski slope from this unit, which is at the far end of the building/complex away from the runs. Pretty disappointing they don't make an effort to do this. Instead, we had to climb up a massive, icy snowbank with all our gear, before we could then make our way to the slopes. An easy fix that would have made this property ideal. Thanks for a great stay!

Couldn't Be Better!
This property is as described... literally about 100 yards on a paved walkway from Eagle Run. My seven year old easily made the walk, strapped on her skiis, and skied down to the Eagle chairlift. All 4 of my kids were happy with this location! You could pretty much ski or snowboard just about to the door of the condo. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had a great layout. The living room is a little small, but the tradeoff is an amazing location and view every morning and evening when the sun rises and sets and the mountains surrounding. A small mudroom downstairs at the entry to the condo felt small but we were able to accommodate gear for all 7 of us. The only thing I would recommend is maybe a humidifier for each bedroom, as we were not acclimated to the elevation. However, everything else was perfect. The hot tub is also super close and worth the stairs to get there after great days on the slopes. We will stay again! Thanks for sharing your great place!

Nice unit, and clean. Misleading location on map, and mediocre customer service.
Overall the property was fine.  The map is misleading.  The balloon shows as the condo being basically facing the Eagle Express lift, but in reality the unit is one of the farthest away in the Juniper Springs complex.  You can still ski in/out, but its not nearly as close as the listing shows.  This was pretty disappointing upon arrival. The unit was clean and accommodated my family of 5 perfectly.  Be aware that when you rent through VRBO the company that handles the renting of this property does not take responsibility for anything "outside" of the unit.  This means if you have any trouble with the garage door, the elevator or jacuzzi not working properly, they will tell you that its the HOA's responsibility to maintain those things.  We had some issues with the jacuzzi not working as well as the elevator and we were quite displeased in how their customer service handled it.  Ultimately, we got an apology, but the initial response to our complaint was met with not accepting responsibility and pushing ownership to the HOA without providing any solutions.  The unit was clean and comfortable and well equipped for a short stay.

View from the Top
This condo is located above Eagle Lodge, excellent location for winter skiing. In summer a car is necessary, or you can hop on the shuttle. It was clean and well designed. The view was fabulous, looking east you can see Lake Crawley. The management company was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this condo and the management company.
