This rental is located in a residential neighborhood, less than a mile from restaurants, shops, a local supermarket, and even a bowling alley! During the winter months, take advantage of the free shuttle bus (the stop is at the front of the complex right on Meridian Boulevard) for stress-free trips around the area and up to the Village where you can hop on the gondola for a trip up the mountain for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. Please note that when the snow is falling, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended if you plan on driving yourself. In the summer, explore the region from the many hiking trails that wind throughout the area or head to the lakes for days of swimming, picnicking, fishing, and other watersports, all about five miles from your front door.

There are plenty of options for home entertainment at your rental including free WiFi and four cable TV’s. Save a few dollars and prepare some delicious home-cooked meals in your well-equipped, full kitchen, then grab one of the provided books and relax by the fire. In the summer, head over to the shared, outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, or challenge one another to a game of tennis on the standard-size court.

-- Shared community gas grills are only available during Summer months.

-- Charcoal BBQs are not permitted at this complex.

-- While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.

Ski shuttle details: The bus stop for the FREE shuttle is located at the front of the complex on Minaret Blvd.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
