Beautiful year-round Mammoth Townhome

This comfortable and cozy condo in Snowcreek 4, is in one of the best locations in Mammoth for convenient access to the slopes as well as the town. It is only steps away from the hot tub, and only 200 yards from the free Mammoth shuttle and Snowcreek Athletic Club. The condo backs up to a meadow and gorgeous view of the mountain, and is close to walking and biking paths as well as a beautiful creek.
There are three bedrooms plus loft , 2 bathrooms and sleeps nine comfortably .
There is a large HD TV in the living room, and another TV in the master bedroom. There is wifi , a clean gas fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. An ample ski locker is at the entrance. The master bedroom has a king bed, second room a queen , third bedroom a loft bed with queen in bottom and twin on top. Loft has two twin beds. (TOT# 8799)

Overall, a nice place to vacation.
A nice location with good amenities. Suited our mini family reunion well. The balcony chairs are kind of old, could use a replacement.

COOL & COZY
This Home was great to stay in over the weekend. Plenty of rooms and space for activities. A/C And Heater work amazing. Its a short drive to the local town and grocery stores which makes it convenient. Definitley recommend for a Big family get together or just a bunch of friends to hang out over the weekend.

Snowy and cozy Christmas stay
Very enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds. Plenty of linens and towels. Very cozy, the heater and fireplace work great. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. We had no problems cooking our Christmas dinner in those beautiful kitchen. We look forward to more visits. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Great stay
We had a great stay. The unit is a lot more spacious than the pictures suggest. There were brand new appliances just installed, and we were provided with plenty of linens and cookware to use. The location is very convenient as it’s close to the bus stop if needed. The living room has a Roku TV which made it very convenient to access all of the streaming options we wanted. The owner was immediately responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Snowcreek Condo with all amenities
The condo was perfect for our family. We shared with one other family. Fully equipped with all amenities. Loved close proximity to the jacuzzi and grocery store area. Two tips, the directions from the app are wrong, but Judy sent the correct ones through email. Also we could not get the fireplace to work, but the heater was good enough to keep us all warm. I appreciated access to the ski closet outside for our sleds and gear also loved the ample amount of towels to acvomodate everyone.

My husband, 3 kids and parents stayed at this lodging. There was plenty of room and comfortable beds for everyone. The furnishings and kitchen ware were above our expectations. The feel is cozy and welcoming with fun pine cone and wooded decor. The art is nice too! We loved that off the back was a large field for the kids to play in the snow. This was pur first time at Snowcreek Properties and we really enjoyed the mountain view driving in and that is quieter more secluded than the main parts of town. The shuttle was just a short walk down the street which made getting to the slopes easy and convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

Plenty of room!
There was a lot of room for the 6 of us. A great location near the meadow. The 3 bedrooms were on the on the entry level with the 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and living room were up the stairs. The high ceilings were great and there was another set of stairs up to the loft. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. There was an extra large washer/ dryer that was on the bedroom level. We had to use a plier to pull out the knob for the washer but it worked great. We had 2 snow storms come thru and Snowcreek shoveled our steps and entryway for us! It was a great stay!
