All bathrooms have heated seats; gone are the days of getting shocked with an icy cold toilet seat! Your feet can enjoy the warmth of the new wood floors and carpeted bedrooms. Lighted, high-efficiency fans have been installed in the loft area to help circulate and regulate the ambient temperature throughout the year.
For Tesla owners, the unit provides a 50A charging outlet for your convenience, or you can use the Tesla Supercharger a couple of blocks away. The young ones (and young at heart) can flashback with some head-to-head competition on the PacMan/Galaga games table console.
