3 BR 2 BA Ski-in & Ski-out, 50 steps to ski run, unbelievable location!

This condo is all about location! 201 juniper springs dr 93546 Enjoy being located on the mountain, walk out of the condo, walk 50 steps, strap in, and ski down to the chair lift (eagle express chair 15). This condo is on the first floor and provides very easy access to the famous Mammoth Mountain. Being on the first floor is a great amenity because after a hard day of skiing, just walk right into the front door with no need to get on an elevator with all your gear. Walk through the entry door of the condo and be greeted by a living room (including a sofa with a pull out full bed & 60 inch tv with sound bar), dinning area with seating for six, and a gourmet kitchen with bar seating for three. There are three bedrooms; two bedrooms on the south side of the condo (primary with king bed & guest room/office with two twin beds), on the north side of the condo you will find the 3rd guest bedroom (queen) and guest bathroom. Enjoy 2 balconies in the condo, one from the living room and one off of the primary bedroom. Both balconies have wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Another great reason that this condo stands out is that right out of the entry door the condo joins a beautiful great room, hot tub, heated pool, ice machine, vending machines, and coin operated laundry room. During the summer enjoy the community BBQs and lay out by the pool. During the summer there are many great activities and that includes a 5 minutes drive to Sierra Star golf course, a championship 18 hole course that winds through the pine trees and provides a beautiful mountain setting. Enjoy hitting the ball further than ever before at 8,000 feet above sea level! This is the highest golf course in California! In the summer enjoy world class hiking, mountain biking, fishing, fly fishing kayaking, and so much more! In the winter enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing. Very family friendly condo that is accustomed to/for children. There is also a free shuttle to most of Mammoth during their hours of operation. The town of Mammoth provides many great activities. Enjoy local breweries, a state of the art bowling alley, a movie theater with reclining seats, great dinning options, shopping, and so much more! Best location!
Great place - the unit is perfectly situated in the building, only a 1 minute walk to the snow and on the lift in 5 minutes. We'll be back for sure.

Great location ski in and out. Room is also in great location in the hotel step to pool and ski. The condo is nice and well stocked with coffee and teas. Very comfortable. We plan to return.

Amazing location!
Our entire group enjoyed our stay at Sunstone. The condo is spacious and has all the amenities for a long or short stay. From the bed linens to the ski locker to the kitchen amenities, everything was perfect. The ski in/ski out feature was a huge hit with those who hit the mountain. For those who didn't ski, the pool/jacuzzi & gym filled their days. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!

We had a great time. Ski in and Ski out perfection. The location of the unit within the complex is amazing. Close to the hot tub, gym, lockers, elevators. The main sitting area is right outside the room. The Host is amazing. Highly recommend this unit.

Absolutely perfect Mammoth location!
This 3BR condo is so warm and cozy, yet also spacious and comfortable. The unit is a prime location- on the main floor and close to the back gate (by the pool) where you can ski down to the Eagle Lift. This is the truest definition of ski-in/ski-out. The condo is absolutely lovely- we treated it with respect and as our own. It had plenty of pots and pans, brownie pan, spices, utensils, and even hot chocolate! We brought our own but it was nice to know there was extra in case we ran out. The bathrooms were stocked with nice large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They provided plenty of toilet paper and nice extras like q-tips and cotton pads. The only thing we would’ve brought from home would be a few towels for the hot tub (which was amazing!)- we didn’t see any pool towels. The host is an excellent communicator who responds promptly. We appreciated all of his informative and helpful replies. The garage is nice, big and we never had trouble finding a parking space. It was a 10 out of 10 stay! Maybe a 20 out of 10! There’s a cute guest book and we had fun reading the comments and leaving our own. Thank you to the host for sharing your fabulous place!

We had a wonderful stay with two families of 4. The two main bedrooms (king and queen) are separated by the kitchen and living room which was great for privacy. Huge couch for our two teen boys and the third bedroom had twin beds for our girls with lots of room for all their stuff. The coffee cart is so great! Very large dining table. Perfect location! We will definitely be saving this one for future trips to mammoth.

The location was excellent! The unit itself was excellent! It was really comfortable. The stay was amazing. Mammoth had 5-7 feet of snow while we were there and they had shut down the mountain and highway 203 and 395. Don was very helpful, accommodating and responsive during the time we were snowed in. It was a pleasure visiting and would definitely stay at his condo again. Until our next trip, Thank you Don!

Great Location! Comfy couch & beds!
Once we got our keys, we made our way to the underground parking that is steps away from the elevator that lead us to our place. It was as described and easy to access the Eagle lodge! Kitchen had all the essentials to cook a meal if needed and lots of TV's. The internet is the only thing that is spotty but expected. We went on the mountain 2 days & it was nice to just walk right up to our place & hit the hot tub!
