"Everything was ok, just one big minus - you have to pay for parking (40 pln for night). It is not included in the room price. There are a lot of activities for the children, the water-pool is working from 8:00 till 21:00 and it’s not very crowded."

"A nice hotel situated by the river bank. Parking is ample but arrangement and instruction from the staff is confusing. The hotel is like a maze and difficult to navigate initially. Got insurance, the entrance from the car park is on ground level but the reception is one level down. Bedrooms are in a different wing and two levels above the reception. "The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. The buffet was adequate in the other restaurant but wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t in the mood for a mass feeding experience."

"The hotel didn’t have any double or queen beds available for my gf and I and on top of that we were watching a movie a little later at night on my phone and the night desk worker repeatedly harassed us and knocked on our door aggressively 3 times after midnight and then proceed to curse me out over a translator app to keep the noise down "

"Some updating may be required for this otherwise nice hotel. The room was VERY basic. There was no AC, no mini fridge or even an iron. Windows could use some screens as pigeon feathers get in when the window is open. It gets pretty loud on the weekend as it seems the younger crowds gather around the building. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location."

"I was amazed by this place - much better than expected. however, as it is a fairly new place, and it seems to be family run, it lacks a professional management. Service is very relaxed and perhaps not up to the standard the property represents itself. The rooms are very nicely designed, with heated bathroom floors, big flat screed, smart tv, good wifi (although add states no internet?), and good FREE parking - the add mentions a fee but we were never charged. "Im Haus befand sich kein heißes Wasser Handtücher standen auch nicht ausreichend zur Verfügung (4 kleine Handtücher). Hygienischer Zustand der Küche dies zu wünschen übrig auch der Keller war in einem schlechten Zustand"

"A nice hotel situated by the river bank. Parking is ample but arrangement and instruction from the staff is confusing. The hotel is like a maze and difficult to navigate initially. Got insurance, the entrance from the car park is on ground level but the reception is one level down. Bedrooms are in a different wing and two levels above the reception. The lift is narrow and small and half a level up from the reception. Beautifully decorated dining room and the bedroom we had was decorated with mahogany bed panels, chest, wardrobes and bureau. Sanitary suite is modern, only shower available. It is a good base to visit nearby lakes or just to enjoy the local village."
