"Good location, just a few steps from the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cafe Marco was a step above most of the food establishments, as was the Dawei Tea House, both linked to the hotel. Rooms were clean and modern. Only negative was that the advertised free parking was not free if you book through an on-line service, like Orbitz. We had a power failure the first night and it knocked out WiFi for the remainder of our stay. Same for Cafe Marco and Dawei Tea House. But that was beyond...

"The room was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The shower temperature was variable depending on time of day but generally ok. There was no wifi available even though it stated wifi was provided. Initially this was not a real issue as we had mobile data, but when trying to check in for our return flights would have been useful as mobile kept dropping. "I really enjoyed my stay here. Very close to the town of Sabang for conveniences, and my poolside room was very comfortable with everything I needed including a fridge. Love the hooks everywhere as I had plenty of wet gear that needed to dry out. The restaurant had a huge range of food options and the quality was pretty high. "Friendly staff, big rooms with cool temperatures. I wish the pool was open! My only other suggestion would be to build an additional layer of security to the front. In its current form, anyone can walk through the gate and up to your room. From that, I felt unsafe though I did not encounter any crime. Trip was very successful otherwise - thank you!"
