This exotic villa with breathtaking views is in Malviès. It is ideal for a family stay. You can enjoy the tranquillity of the village between the vineyards, and the privacy of the large swimming pool.

Dine out at the nearest restaurant, just 6 km from the villa. The town centre lies 500 m from the property. The local market is only 6 km away from the stay. This place is an ideal starting point for various excursions like Castles of Cathras, the coast with the salt lakes and delicious oysters near Narbonne and Gruissan.

You can relish a lovely barbecue meal in the furnished garden or the terrace. Every Monday morning after arrival, our hostess welcomes you around ten o'clock with a visit to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Carcassonne Airport is 26 km from the villa.

Wenn alles okay wäre.......
Top Grundstück, umfangreiche Ausstattung, super Pool. Dass Vormieter verfettete Formen in den Backofen stellen vergessen wir mal diskret. Leider gab es einige Probleme mit der Elektrik. Sehr sehr ärgerlich, die Plancha wie auf den Bildern ist nicht vorhanden. Es steht lediglich ein Holzkohlegrill zur Verfügung. Viel Spaß mit dem Dreck. Wir haben dies moniert. Angeblich wäre die Gasplancha zu gefährlich. Die ansonsten gute Kommunikation hat uns dann zu diesem Thema einfach ignoriert. Wir haben dann eine eigene Elektroplancha gekauft. Es gibt immer wieder Veränderungen an und in den Häusern, das ist klar, aber für uns war dieses Detail äußerst wichtig. Schade, dass man lange vor dem Aufenthalt bezahlt ohne die Möglichkeit eines Einbehaltes. Achso, Malvies selbst ist sehr ruhig. Tot wäre übertrieben, aber es gibt sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Superbe semaine en famille
Superbe semaine, maison bien équipée, endroit très calme, grande piscine sécurisée, un extérieure avec une grande terrasse et un grand jardin idéal pour les enfants. Petit plus un garage avec un coin bricolage... La voiture est indispensable pour faire ses courses... Pas de supérette dans le village. Il y a un grand Leclerc à 8-10 minutes en voiture.

Het vakantiehuis is perfect: voorzien van alle comfort, groot en luchtig binnenin en met een fantastisch terras. De vensters hebben allemaal een muggengaas , wat uitzonderlijk is voor Frankrijk. Je vindt overal een schaduwplek dankzij de vele zonneparaplu’s en de luifel. Het zwembad is verwarmd en heel gemakkelijk open en toe te schuiven door het automatische rolluik. De keuken is voorzien van alle materiaal en vooral met twee frigo’s 👍 Voor de TV heb je alle zenders en voor onze muziek een heel goede geluidstoren. De mannen waren enthousiast. Wat ook opviel waren de zachte bedden waar we heerlijk in sliepen en zonder rugpijn in ontwaakten. Voor de volgende gasten: geniet van jullie vakantie.

De locatie is prachtig en het uitzicht fantastisch! Het enige jammere was dat op de dag van aankomst we ‘s avonds tv wilden kijken ( EK voetbal Rusland - België) en het tv-toestel niet werkte. Alles volgens de instructiefiche gedaan maar we kregen de tv niet aan de praat. Bij nader inzien bleek de antennekabel niet meer aangesloten en stuk. Hopelijk wordt dit snel opgelost. Volgende wedstrijd van de Belgen is nu donderdag. Vriendelijke groeten, Oswald Van Bedaf

Wij zijn hier de eerste twee weken van september geweest met vier personen. Wat een heerlijk huis. Als je wilt uitrusten is dit huis de perfecte plek. Alles is aanwezig. Het zwembad is heel schoon en de ligbedden er omheen zijn top. Op het grote terras is een loungeset aanwezig en een grote eettafel in de schaduw met een geweldig uitzicht. Ook de bbq buiten hebben we iedere dag gebruikt. Binnen is het ook zeer comfortabel. De slaapkamers hebben goede bedden. In woonkamer met grote hoekbank Is alles ook keurig. We hebben 2 weken buiten geleefd. Van de omgeving niet veel gezien. I.v.m. Corona virus zijn we bij het huis gebleven en ook niet uit eten geweest, maar dat was niet erg omdat het huis van alle gemakken is voorzien. We komen hier zeker terug!

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in villa 'au Belle Vue'. Alles is voorhande in de villa, er is werkelijk niets dat ontbreekt. Comfort gegarandeerd, alles super proper! Het is heerlijk vertoeven in het grote zwembad en de ligzetels onder de parasols. We hebben zalig geslapen op de zachte matrassen. Qua omgeving is Malviès niet echt toeristisch, we bezochten verschillende dorpjes in de omgeving maar er viel niet echt veel te beleven. Wel fantastische uitzichten en prachtige natuur. Het is ideaal om te verkennen met de fiets.

Het huisje oogde op de foto’s comfortabel. Het was schoon en netjes. Snel kwamen we tot de conclusie dat beide parasols behorende bij de loungebanken, op de foto’s duidelijk zichtbaar, niet aanwezig/beschikbaar waren. De loungebanken zijn in feite de enige comfortabele plekken om buiten te zitten/liggen. Het ontbreken van de parasols hebben we duidelijk ervaren als een gemis. Na een app-bericht hierover kregen we de aanbeveling om gebruik te maken van twee andere kleine parasols. De wasmachine vonden we na een zoektocht in het achterste gedeelte van de lange kelder, niet handig, mede, omdat je er via een moeilijk lopende trap buiten het huis naar de de kelder moet. Voor mensen slecht ter been is dit geen handig huis met de vele trapjes en afstapjes om het huis heen, ook om het zwembad te bereiken. Voldoende ruimte om het huis om te parkeren, rust en een schitterend uitzicht richting de Pyreneeën. Op loopafstand zijn er wijnvelden, een soort bakkertje op het eind van de straat, chateau Gulham op loopafstand en veel aardige buurtgenoten. Drie goede badkamers en overal airco. Dit laatste erg belangrijk met de hitte die er was tijdens onze week. Een mooi en schoon zwembad met verlichting, top! Het oogde voor ons allemaal wel wat gedateerd, maar nog niet storend.

Petit paradis
Tout dans cette propriété est pensé pour satisfaire la moindre envie ! La maison est très bien agencée et équipée au maximum. L extérieur offre de l'espace où tout est réfléchi pour que chacun puisse trouver son coin de tranquillité au besoin. Les soirées sous la pergola en bois sont un instant privilégié avec un éclairage de guinguette. La piscine de 10 m x 5 m, est agréable et chauffée au minimum à 24 degrés. Nul doute que les propriétaires sont de vrais épicuriens qui ont du savoir vivre tout comme du savoir être.
