Enjoy an unforgettable time in this beautiful holiday home in Minervois. Set in grounds of 2500m², this air-conditioned villa features a private pool that can be heated. It comfortably accommodates families and friends.

The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Malves en Minervois, in a charming village surrounded by nature dominated by an 11th-century castle. It is just 11km from the medieval city of Carcassonne and 5km from the Canal du Midi. The centre with a bakery/grocery is 400m from the property. The village lies at the foot of the Montagne Noire, in the Occitanie region, surrounded by the rolling Minervois countryside with its vineyards and forests. 5 km away is Trèbes, a picturesque village with charming restaurants along the Canal du Midi. It is 1 hour from the Mediterranean beaches at Gruissan.

This modern and sophisticated holiday home offers plenty of privacy thanks to its elevated position. Thanks to the beautiful garden and 2 lovely terraces, there are plenty of places to enjoy both sun and shade.

Schönes und geräumiges Haus, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Großes Grundstück und wunderschön angelegter Garten sowohl vor als auch hinter dem Haus. Bei schönem Wetter können Sie die Sonnenliegen am Pool genießen. Hochwertige Möbel und Geräte vorhanden. Wie bereits erwähnt, gibt es im Haus ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu reparieren. Es wäre auch schön, wenn es im Schlafzimmer Fliegengitter gäbe. Ruhige Gegend und gut gelegen für Ausflüge. Große Supermärkte 10 Autominuten entfernt. Schade, dass es nicht richtig gereinigt wurde. Es war viel Staub unter dem Bett, die Arbeitsplatte war sehr klebrig, der Kühlschrank war nicht sauber, viele Essensreste zwischen den Sofakissen, der Trockner war voller Staubrückstände (Brandgefahr). Es wäre nützlich, wenn vorher angekündigt würde, dass der Hausmeister zum Schwimmbad kommen würde, da wir plötzlich jemanden um das Schwimmbad herumlaufen sahen. Wir waren überrascht, dass wir am letzten Abend die Nachricht erhielten, dass die Putzfrau am nächsten Morgen um 9 Uhr kommen würde. Ich denke, es wäre besser, wenn dies etwas später erfolgen könnte.

Village très calme maison très belle mais avec beaucoup de mauvaise finition surtout une suite parentale qui vous vend du rêve mais qui au final est une extension vite fait sans climatisation alors que le reste de la maison est climatisé entièrement obligé de se rafraîchir avec un vieux ventil

Mooie villa gelegen op een uitstekende plaats. Zoals reeds eerder vermeld is de villa aan renovatie toe, maar dit heeft ons niet gehinderd bij ons verblijf. Alles is aanwezig om een aangenaam verblijf te hebben. Mooie tuin en zwembad, éénmaal per week het zwembad komen kuisen is wel wat weinig. Ik zou wel willen vermelden maar dit is meer bedoeld voor onze voorgangers van eind augustus. Dat het een schande is om bestek, borden enz.. zo vuil achter te laten. Wij hebben alles maar dan ook alles mogen afwassen. Winkeltje in Malves en Minervois stelt niet veel voor. Het is het best om brood te gaan halen bij Firmin in Trebes een de super U. Verder zeer mooie omgeving en leuke dorpjes om te ontdekken. Restaurants Le moulin in Trebes en au 4 vent in Carcassonne zijn aanraders.

Maison très bien équipée, bonne exposition, clim idéale en période de canicule. Jardin et situation au calme, aucun vis à vis. Deux terrasses, dont une avec vue sur piscine.

We hadden een heerlijke week in dit mooi gelegen zeer comfortabel huis met veel privacy. Het was bij aankomst wel jammer dat het zwembad troebel was door een regenbui met saharazand. Ook lag er flink wat vogelpoep op het terras. Het terras hebben we zelf even schoongemaakt. Het zwembad werd na een telefoontje in de loop van de week weer tip-top verzorgd. Desondanks een aanrader in een mooie streek!

Ruime villa, rustig gelegen met veel privacy. Huis is redelijk modern ingericht met veel voorzieningen. Echter laat de afwerking van de villa het een en ander te wensen over en zou een opknapbeurt niet verkeerd zijn. Desondanks hebben wij een fijne vakantie gehad en lekker kunnen genieten.

'Villa' is toe aan een grondige opknapbeurt, properheid laat te wensen over. Zwembad niet geschikt om baantjes te trekken vanwege nier-vorm en trappen. Zonde van dit alles, want het huis heeft potentieel en is ook goed uitgerust. Toch hebben we een mooie vakantie gehad vanwege de prachtige streek en het goede weer, en daar was het uiteindelijk om te doen.

Twee weken genoten van Villa on the Rocks in Malves-en-Minervois. Heerlijke villa voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt op vakantie. Ruimte, rust en ruim zwembad. Binnen en buiten net zo mooi als op de foto’s. Alle moderne voorzieningen zoals thuis. Zeker een aanrader en goede kanshebber om eens naar terug te keren. Winkeltje op loopafstand voor kleine levensmiddelen inclusief dagelijks vers (stok)brood. Verder grote Carrefour op 20 auto minuten. Leuk dorpje Trebes op 10 auto minuten met o.a. goed visrestaurant..

La propriété est conforme au descriptif et est très agréable. Le seul bémol est la station d'épuration juste en dessous de la maison. Légère odeur en fonction du sens du vent et beaucoup de mouches. La région est très agréable; beaucoup de choses à visiter. Nous vous conseillons la grotte de Limousis - le village de Minerve - Peyriac de Mer (saline) - les cheminés des Fées à Ile-sur-Têt.... Bref une multitude de lieux à visiter.

Het is nu de 2e maal dat wij ons verlof doorbrengen in Villa On the Rocks. Het huis is heel mooi ingericht, prachtige locatie en heel rustig gelegen. Een betere handleiding voor het gebruik van de tv zou heel welkom zijn, want wij hebben deze pas op woensdag kunnen bekijken, na de hulp van de tv man. Wij komen zeker nog terug !

Wat een geweldig huis op een geweldige plek. Het huis is zo ruim dat je alleen daar al van tot rust komt. Drie grote slaapkamers (allemaal tweepersoons, eentje zelfs met nog een slaapbank erbij), met erg veel opbergruimte. Een goed uitgeruste keuken. Een woonkamer met prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels rondom. Het prive-zwembad was ook geweldig. We hebben een dag voordat we kwamen de verwarming aan laten zetten en hebben ondanks dat het vroeg in het seizoen was (april/mei) buiten kunnen zwemmen, hoewel het wel fris was. De locatie is ook fijn, met Carcassonne en de bijbehorende grote supermarkten op ruim een kwartier rijden. Op heldere dagen konden we de Pyrenneeen zien. Ook fijn dat er een Nederlandse beheerder is, die telefonisch goed bereikbaar was bij kleine problemen (WC liep niet door maar er was nog een tweede WC).
