Georges met us on arrival and familiarized us with the property. We arrived later than expected so the local shops were closed. Georges made us reservations at a lovely nearby restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious meal. The gite is within distance of all the sites we planned on visiting, Bayeux, the Normany...

"A great week spent at Claires quiet and tranquil village house. Ideally located for a visit to the WW2 historical sites. Deceptively spacious, clean and with secure off road parking. Local supermarket only 2km away at Cruelly. Proved to be ideal for us touring the area on motorcycles. A little investment in some comfortable furniture would make it the perfect holiday spot.
