"B&B Ca' Viro was a truly great find. We arrived by bus (from Sondrio train station) which dropped us right outside the front door - all for the measly sum of €2 each. Our room was wonderful and better than expected. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent. "Absolutely loved this accomodation! Had everything we needed. Milk , cereal, juices , bread , biscuits . There was microwave to use . We had room to park the car too. Good location for walking to see sights , and very close to Swiss border. Restaurants , pharmacy and supermarkets nearby . And also close to bike and walking trail along the river ."

"We stayed at Cà Rossa for a week. For my wife and I, Cá Rossa was the perfect resort and Claudia and Isaac the best host couple imaginable. The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary. "I am nostalgic for Casa Pasini Foresteria! The hosts are so warm and friendly, the rooms are elegant, comfortable, charming, clean. Tucked in the hillside of Piuro, near Chiavenna, with a beautiful view. Breakfast is a delicious - cappuccino, tea, local pastries and breads, jams, honey, yogurt, fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice. Perfection! "

"This was our third visit and as always everything was impeccable. A tiny bed and breakfast in the heart of Chiavenna that out performs some of the bigger hotels in the area. Beautiful room (No 2) with compact but really attractive shower room, coffee making machine and fridge. Easy check in and personalised breakfast order taken. Monica is so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We will be back"

"We paid almost $200 for the room for one night and they put us in a room in the back of the hotel where we had to climb up and down ladders to get to, even though the hotel had a very low occupancy rate. In my opinion, if they ever wanted us to return to their hotel in the future, they could have upgraded our room. On the plus side, they did have a shuttle to take us from and to the train station."

"My wife and I were on our way to Bolzano, and fortunately found this place, secluded up the mountainside. Our hosts were gracious and very accommodating. The views of the valley below were breathtaking. We drove the 1 chilometer to the old church up the hill, and also we went to the little church at the top of the mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!"

"I stayed 6 days and would book here again but only room 4 or 5. The website is misleading: forget breakfast and do not expect aesthetics. The owners artworks are everywhere! Marco will insist that you squeeze into the tiniest parking space even if the whole lot is empty! In the end, the studio served its purpose....but this is no ‘mansion’: you hear every tiny sound from other rooms. Plastic flowers?"

"wir hatten eine tolle zeit in Maloja und Umgebung, See und Berge direkt vor der Türe. die Wohnung ist brandneu, gemütlich und hell. Der Elektroherd mit seinen zwei kleinen Kochplatten ist nicht optimal. Aber ansonsten war die Küche gut ausgestattet. Vor allem hatten wir Nachts eine göttliche Ruhe! Die Vermieter waren sehr zurückhaltend."
