"I am always skeptical when traveling to another country and booking on-line without knowing the area. Noord was a dream. It was a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle yet only a 2 minute drive or 6 minute walk to the beach and spectacular snorkeling! An easy island to navigate with Google maps and a rental car (a must). Able to get to the busier commercial areas within 10 minutes when we wanted and an excellent grocery store nearby.Parking at the house was easy and the check in process was thorough. The housekeeper was there to greet us and orient us, which was very helpful. We were well informed about when the pool cleaner and trash people would be arriving and felt very safe and secure.There are plenty of security features so even as 2 middle aged women we felt safe. We were able to move throughout the house and pool area in complete comfort.The house itself was well appointed. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of towels for both shower and pools and lots of fun beach toys available.We had a great trip and are already hoping to return to this exact location!"
