"We hadn't heard of Aachen or Motel One until we started looking at christmas markets,and I've got to say what a fantastic city and hotel . the christmas market is probably half a mile away at most so well within walking distance,around the cathedral. I could definitely recommend both the city and hotel to anyone wanting to visit a European christmas market "

"Nice hotel with a great location. We were there to check out the Christmas Market and the walk was short. Underground parking was a plus (extra fee), but spots are limited. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. "

"This property was fantastic. I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel very near the train station and you can't beat the location of this property. I was warmly greeted by the staff, who even offered a nice hot cup of coffee. The reception area is large, comfortable, and was playing some great music. It's a fun atmosphere. My room was just what I needed, the floor was quiet, and the next day the staff kindly allowed us to store our bags for a few hours so we could explore the Christmas market before our train. I really enjoyed my stay and hope one day to have the chance to return. "

"Very tranquil place at this time of year , maybe busy in the summer, families type place , lovely contemporary room , open fireplace bungalows available also , lots of walks and cycle routes ,pool and wellness abit dated and the only negative were the restaurant staff ...maybe just a bad day . 9/10"

"Our stay at INNSiDE in Aachen was great. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower was a little bit underpowered but otherwise no issues with the facilities. The breakfast buffet in the rooftop restaurant was a highlight - huge food selection and beautiful views! A great base for exploring the city and surrounding area for our long weekend in Aachen."
