Situated in Malmedy this holiday home has 9 bedrooms and can house 20 people, ideal for a large family with kids this house allows 2 pets. This area offers lots of hiking and mountain biking routes, as well as more than 60 km of cross country ski tracks. From the village of Bévercé, you can go on walks through the Warche valley towards the dam of Robertville. Right before the lake of Robertville is the romantic castle of Reinhardstein. The town of Spa has thermal baths and a casino, the village of Coo with the waterfalls and the amusement park PlopsaCoo are well worth a visit. You get a dining table seating no less than 20 people and a completely furnished luxurious kitchen. You have at your disposal a large indoor swimming pool, a relaxation lounge with sauna and fitness equipment and outside there is a large terrace with barbecue and a ping-pong table. 2 pets are allowed at the charges of € 10/Pet/Night. For all groups without children, the owner asks for a deposit of 2000 euros to be paid on site on arrival. Any intervention by the police during the stay leads to an immediate eviction of the rental group.
