Look forward to your relaxing vacation in this inviting vacation home in Ajstrup Strand. The bright rooms of the accommodation are particularly inviting and promise you a fantastic time cooking in the modern kitchen in the open-plan living room, entertainment and relaxation on the sofa and long game duels at the dining table. On chilly days, you can add to this by stoking a warming fireplace and enjoying the homey atmosphere.

Also the garden, with a large terrace, offers you many opportunities to spend a nice vacation time. Barbecue on the terrace, read a book in the sun and continue your fitness program even on vacation. If you like you can also spend nights outside in the beautiful shelter and look at the starry sky.

Ajstrup beach is a popular family beach, which invites you to splash and play with its shallow entrance into the water. Also take walks along the beach, collect shells and beautiful stones and use the later to decorate your built sand castles. Also plan a day trip to Aarhus and visit the open-air museum Den Gamle By and the famous ARoS art museum.

Take it easy and enjoy a relaxing time by the sea!

Schöne Wohnung - bei gutem Wetter!
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, kurzer Weg zum Strand. In den Nachbarorten gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zwei Bäcker. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, jedoch an einigen Stellen bereits renovierungsbedürftig. Leider sind die Schränke weitestgehend voll mit Gegenständen des Besitzers. Heizung und Ofen machen die Wohnung schnell warm. Eine Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Eigentümer war nicht möglich, obwohl dazu ein Zettel auf dem Tisch mit Mobilnummer lag. Zum Beispiel war der Stromzähler nicht zu entdecken. Unsere Nachfrage dazu wurde nicht beantwortet. Abgerechnet wurde der Strom trotzdem, eine Überprüfung des Verbrauchs ist nicht möglich. Die Wohnung war schmutzig, als wir ankamen. Trotz gebuchter Reinigung, haben wir die Wohnung leider nicht ordentlich gereinigt vorgefunden. Fußabdrücke und Essensreste auf dem Sofa, Nahrungsmittel vom Vorbewohner im Gefrierfach, Fenster seit Monaten nicht gereinigt, viel Unkraut ums Haus. Bei starkem Regel lief Wasser im Wohnzimmer durch das Dach und kam an der Balkontür raus. Um das Laminat zu schützen haben wir Eimer aufgestellt. Pro Tag kamen da locker 3-5 Liter Wasser durchs Dach. Auf den ersten Blick war es eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Allerdings ist der Zustand nicht gut, wir würden diese Wohnung nicht wieder buchen.

Idyllischer Aufenthalt
Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, wir hatten das Gefühl ganz für uns zu sein. Dennoch konnte man Abends auf der Terrasse das Meer hören. Schöne technische Details (Licht mit Bewegungsmelder und AppleTV) sind toll! Dem Haus würde lediglich etwas Instandhaltung gut tun.
