Our only complaints are that there was zero soap in the apartment (no dish or hand soap), and that the booking agency Bookiply (through whom your communications are eventually directed from Expedia) provided zero accurate information about arrival instructions. We were almost stranded without ability to access the apartment, and it took another guest leaving the building to direct us. The apartment itself...
