"The owner was very nice. We couldn't find the place and we were driving around town. Finally, we asked a restaurant. The restaurant owner called the hotel owner and instead of explaining the direction over the phone, the hotel owner picked us up. What a service!"

"This was a lovely modern apartment in an old farmhouse in the hills behind Zarautz. Dorleta was an excellent host despite a language barrier mostly overcome with Google Translate."

"Beautiful peaceful location and lovely property in rural location but make sure you take plenty of groceries as there are no restaurants for miles around. It is very isolated but this may be part of its attraction for some people. The countryside is extremely hilly and there appear to be no rights-of-way so this is not a good spot for dog walking."

"This was a perfect home for our group of 6 (2 young children, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents) tucked away in the hills. It was conveniently located for day trips in the surrounding area. We spent wonderful afternoons lounging in the yard reading and watching the horses graze in the pasture right below us. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, and pleasant rooms for relaxing and visiting. The drive up the narrow road leading to the home seemed surreal. Couldn’t recommend the place more."

"This was a highly functional suite with 2 TV’s, European refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cooktop, etc. the grocery store is<2 blocks away. Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again. There is dining nearby, but it is better about a 10 minute walk to the old city"

"Great location in the middle of the city. Property is nice and clean. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is on site but a bit difficult to navigate if you are not too familiar with tight spaces."
