"Hi We have not stayed but just your company has cheated us and only taken money. When we entered into the hotel front desk they completely denied the booking . Many times I called and discussed with you people but money still has not been refunded . Your people only buying time"

Nice option to stay at. Does need improvement.
"There are plenty options in Gir to stay at. However, most of them are locally owned and operated. There are just couple of nationally recognized chain names here. Fern is one of them. I stayed there for 2 weeks straight. Condition of this hotel needs improvement. Rooms given to us had bugs in it. ..."
