Always in touch, provided accurate directions to check in, recommendations of places to go see, and an excellent breakfast each morning. "The property was very clean, well equipped and in a good location. Host provided a welcome bottle of wine & chocolate, also tea & coffee which was lovely. Netflix was provided but very difficult to watch as internet not strong enough to support the program. Spent more time looking at the wheel spinning around trying to load the program than actually watching any shows!"

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein und hat eine perfekte Lage um die Städte und Strände Istriens in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. "We booked approximately 12 different locations on our trip to Amsterdam and Croatia. They were all very nice except for this one. Everything in it is VERY OLD, the bedding and linens were from the last century. They were all paper thin and smelled. Both of us had bites all over in the morning. Bed bugs??? The wall at the end of the tub leaked resulting in a flood which we had to clean up in the morning. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!"

"Three of us stayed in Cord's apartment for a week in Peroj. The apartment was in a wonderful location, not only for the view but also for the perfect central hub to see all in the Istrian peninsula that we wanted to see. Having the washer in the unit was a much appreciated amenity along with a well appointed kitchen. "The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed (plus more). We had 6 in our group but it would sleep 8 very comfortably. Includes parking for 2 large cars. Located minute’s from Medulin where you can find nice restaurants, the water front and all beach activities. Also, only a 10 minute drive to Pula. Michael (the owner) was available anytime we needed him and was very helpful answering our questions. We had a very enjoyable stay!"
