"The stay was excellent. Tonya (girl at reception) was extremely helpful & made our stay excellent. The instructions emailed were incorrect. The reception doesn’t open until 1400 hrs, but the instructions stated 1100 hrs. This caused our first day to be quite tiring and unenjoyable. We had just travelled from the USA & wanted to leave our back packs at the reception and tour until evening, but instead we waited for 3 hours outside & were too tired to tour.
