"The Reservoir View properties are all luxurious, beautifully styled and very comfortable, with all essential items provided. The Welcome Box contained lots of treats. A fabulous place for a short break. Communication with Sally, the owner, was excellent. The view over the reservoir is lovely and the walk into Pateley Bridge is great (though walking shoes are needed as it can get muddy)."

"Was in the area for a birthday party. I know this area well and can say when you walk in the house and then begin to explore the floors, its much larger than it appears in the pictures. Location is 5 min walk to the Royal Hotel and Grocery store.Coming in from overseas arriving early, Clare was super accommodating. Plenty of off street parking. While I didn't use the kitchen its well stocked. You will not be disappointed. "

"This is a beautiful property in glorious part of the country. Everything you could possibly want is provided by the owners. There is also plenty of everything so no washing up every time you have a cup of tea or use a plate. Communication with the owner is excellent and very informative. A wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it. "

"Everything was wonderful. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. The house was more lovely than the photos and all the rooms beautifully comfortable. There were thick towels, comfy beds, a welcome basket, everything we would need in the kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and really kind, thoughtful and easy communications with our hosts. "We really enjoyed our stay in bramble brook cottage. The cottage is brand new and really nicely done it well deserves its 5 star rating. It’s amazing to find somewhere so nice that accepts pets. Beds are large and super comfortable.The area is perfect for walks and we ate out at some truly fabulous places. The Kids are bugging us already about staying again soon."

"Maple Leaf cottage is an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding attractions and countryside. It is ideal for a family, had everything we needed, has a fully equipped kitchen. It is so well organised we did not need to call on the property manager but did manage to meet her as we left. There’s lots of information on places to eat if cooking is not on your list of things to do, what to see in Haworth and further afield. This is Brontë country of course but don’t forget the steam...
