"정말 뷰가 멋있는 리조트입니다. 앞과 뒤가 모두 바다이다보니 어느 방을 배정받던 모두 바다뷰를 볼 수 있어요. 그 중에 통영만을 보는 뷰가 더 멋있는 것 같습니다. 밤에는 야경이 죽입니다. 바로 옆에는 통영국제음악당이 있어 각종음악회가 있어 시기만 잘 맞추어가면 음악공연을 볼 수 있을 것 같아요. 거기에 음악카페가 있는데 각종 악기로 장식해 놓고, 통영만을 보는 뷰인데 거기도 멋있습니다. 금호리조트는 호텔이 아니다보니, 매일 방청소는 해 주지 않고, 이틀에 한번씩 청소를 해 준다고 하고 매일 수건을 새것으로 갖다 주더군요. 주변에 먹을만한 식당이 많지는 않지만 가끔 있습니다. 바다를 좋아하고 해양스포츠를 좋아하는 분들은 정말 천국일 것 같습니다. 요트장이 있어 요트여행이 가능하고, 요트도 개인적으로 임대도 가능한 것 같습니다. 단점은 저희가 있을 때가 대학교 개학시즌이라 창원대학교 학생들의 오리엔테이션을 이곳에서 해서 하룻밤 자고 가는데 좀 시끄러웠구요. 물론 그들은...

"우선, 화장실에 전기코드가 없음, 그런곳은 처음봄, 간단한 조식이 무료라고하여 아침에 이용하였는데 제대로된 커피도 없었고 양도 모자라 나중에온 사람들은 먹지도 못하고 갔습니다. 차라리 조식을 안하느니만 못하는 수준입니다. 저희뿐만 아니라 다른 이용객들도 조식을 보고 당황스러워하였음... 이게뭔가 싶었고 투숙객들 농락하는것같았음... 비추천합니다. 룸에 머리카락도 많았고 제대로 청소가 안된것같습니다. 그렇다고 프로트 데스크 서비스도 좋은것도 아니고 다음에는 전국 브라운 도트 호텔 모두 이용하지 않기로 마음먹었습니다."

"If we could give 10 stars, we would. The owners and Mr. Jun were the best. The Kangs accommodated our late arrival by picking us up at the Busan train station and provided transportation, at an incredible rate for us 7 in our family. "Not in the middle of the city, close to 진양 lake. The attic was a small size with a tiny window but the room was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was a smaller size but nice& clean with lots of utensils. So, we could cook some simple foods for breakfast. Overall, a very comfortable stay. The owner was friendly. "

"The hotel is new part of city so it was really clean and I like my room, service and staff was excellent. Also there was so many choices for restaurants. All the restaurants I‘be tried I was satisfied. But now I’m in city of tong young and I’m already disappointed with the quality of hotel. Staff doesn’t care. My door and tv was not working properly and they fixed the door but they said they will be back for tv but never did. Also it was supposed to be deluxe double room. That’s not deluxe double room."
