"The rooms are small and outdated. They offer little to no comp toiletries. The beds are small and uncomfortable. Our door was not accepting any cards to open with so we had to be escorted upstairs every time with an employee, don’t see why they couldn’t put us in a different room. The downstairs bar area was lovely. On the 1 night we were there, they had entertainment with Portuguese dancers and everyone joined in. The breakfast is cheap. "First of all I would like to highlight that the staff members at the reception and restaurant were lovely and helpful so this review is not a reflection on them. Now, the bedroom was spacious and the balcony had a good view of the adult pool. What I found disappointing was the first night we was told “wifi is slow” the hotel wifi did not work at all for the five days being there. Luckily I had the option to add on data but that shouldn’t be the case. The fridge was terrible, it would be “on” but...
