"It was in a beautiful setting with vineyards and gardens throughout. The breakfast with eggs individually made and homemade cakes and desserts were phenomenal. There’s a special large communal room with glass views all around with views of the mountains. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom unique. "We loved Taormina and our stay at Terra Rossa. The property is beautiful and in the perfect location. You can walk up to the town and down to the beach. We did not need a car. It’s a lot of walking but great exercise. We loved our apartment, the decor is nice and the layout was perfect for our family of 5. Constance and Giovanni were wonderful hosts. They were so helpful with our trip. Having the option to have breakfast at the resort was a plus. We can’t wait to go back! ."

"They don’t speak English so if you can’t speak Italian you cannot communicate. The television was only in Italian and when I was able to ask for help with a translate app they spent a half an hour trying to make it convert only to tell me that they only subscribe to Italian stations. The shower was so small that it was almost impossible to get through the shower doors without squeezing and pushing. I could go on but why"

"Amazing hotel. Lives up to the reviews we researched before our stay. The staff are very helpful and the food is very tasty if you choose to eat at the hotel in the evening. A few things to be aware of: 1) it’s not close to lots of other bars and restaurants so expect to drive or take taxis to get about to the main towns 2) the two restaurants near the hotel were both enjoyable food but I would be careful of the bill - we were overcharged both times. 3) make sure you ask the cost of the taxi...
