"Great hotel with a spa and pool. Amazing breakfast… so many choices and so much food . Beach is not too far from the hotel… the hotel has a mini beach but mainly for kids ( very shallow) it has a great walking path around the lake. Restaurant the port was good and opened til 11pm which was great. We only stayed one night but should have made it a longer."

"Lovely hotel in the heart of Elbląg - easy to walk everywhere. Plenty of restaurants & bars very close-by. A lovely town to spend a night or two. Hotel has everything you could need, including a nice pool! Staff all helpful and friendly. "

"This is the best hotel I have stayed in the whole Europe, amazing people, rooms are modern, great gym and great ballroom club and bowling alley. The food was amazing the service was outstanding. I will definitely comeback. Very happy at stayed at this hotel. "

"Hotel mocno średni. Pokoje tragedia połamana deska WC, ułamany zaczep od drzwi prysznica, spalona żarówka w szafie, niedziałające wifi, szlafroki tragedia. Prośba o większe szlafroki nie została zrealizowana mimo że powiedziano w recepcji że będą dostarczone. Upominanie się o papier toaletowy bo nikt nie donosi rano i dwa razy o obsługę kręgielni. "Below are my experiences with this hotel 1- There was no refrigerator in the room. 2- There were no cooling appliances at the room. 3- Bad quality of drinking water in the water falter machine 4- Parking was not free 5- Swimming pool was small and crowded as others from outside of the hotel allowed to swim. 6- Very bad ventilation, due to high humidity rooms always had bad smell. "Wonderful place full of historical attractions- you must see Gniew Castle , experience evening walk with smartphones and listen to the stories (althoug it's in Polish only I guess). Amazing chef in the restaurant, tartar and duck 10/10! Beautiful design and so nice service- thank you for the birthday prosecco served to our room, wonderful surprise treat!:) Spa if you don't have kids we recommend during late evening 21-23.00 adults only spot, otherwise you can't enjoy sauna or pool in the noise....

"Lovely new construction hotel where an old palace once stood. Very modern appointments and rooms. We prefer a bit more charm and historical reference but can see the appeal of this place. The food was great but dining room and common areas very stark. Nowhere to really relax or unwind which resulted in an early departure. The room with large windows was beautiful but definitely in need of proper bedside lamps. It was either overhead fixture or reading spots. No elevator or bell service so best...
