"Arrived at hotel only to be informed that room was not available and yes it take 6-7 hrs to transit from Cebu and I was really tired already. I wanted king bed room with balcony and a standard twin was given instead. Reception (Michelle) was rude and blame everything to Hotel.com was not empathetic of situation at all. "Great stay close to the ferry pier. The dining/breakfast area had a great view and wonderfully cool breezes. Hot water was a bit on and off and a minor gripe... the a/c and fan were great but it would be nice to have something slightly thicker than a sheet to sleep under ... or an extra blanket. Otherwise a very enjoyable hotel!"
