"I had a delightful experience at this hotel. The accommodations were superb, offering great value for money. The service provided was excellent, and I would certainly choose to stay here again in the future. However, I cannot recommend the spa service based on my personal experience; during my massage, I requested it to be stopped after just 10 minutes due to an unsatisfactory experience."

Everything was great: hotel was clean, staffs were great, beautiful decoration, cool koi pond, and the breakfast itself, with so many options, made us didn"t want to leave this place😄. This hotel is located in one of the best areas in Malang. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I'm in town. "

"I didn't stay a full night - just 8 hours transit stop before the 'midnight-to-sunrise' Mt Bromo tour. Hotel is listed as 3-star on hotels.com but I think it's lower end. However, they make up for lack of facilities by providing free hot and cold drinks and snacks (self-service) in the lobby. Staff arranged for takeaway box of chicken sandwich and banana with bottle of water since I was leaving at 12.30am and would miss breakfast. Nothing much to see or do nearby. But a small restaurant I found...

"Personnel de l hotel très agréable et réactif. Nous avons changé de chambre car celle ci était très bruyante à cause d'une fenêtre cassée et de la proximité de la rue. Environnement très bruyant ( réveil à 4h du matin tout les jours par les haut parleurs des 3 mosquées environnantes...). Restaurant moyen... "
