"Booked in advance for this stay during a visit to watch the Olympics. Arrived at the hotel 6pm on a Saturday evening, the opening weekend of Olympics. We had been travelling for over 16 hours with some travel delays. Greeted by host eventually who appeared from behind a tall secure closed gate to be told there were no rooms. Host shrugged and pretended not to understand that we may not be able to find somewhere else due to Olympic event. Host implied she wasn’t even aware the Olympics...

The property was well secured with Digital locks for the room and the main gate and changing those combinations after every guests check out The host was responsive at all the queries at all times! "Easy to walk to the Eiffel. Monoprix 5 mins walk away also a shopping mall. Restaurants and cafes all around as well. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment 2 adults and 2 boys aged 10 and 11. Bus stop right outside the building which we caught a bus and train to Disney for a day which was really easy. I would stay here again. We had a great time."
