" It is 5 stars level for evrey thing. every thing is clean and new. the rooms are very big and the beds are comfort. the place have spa sawna and gym and a pool The breakfast is super delicious and very rich The service is very good lot of workers that looking to help with a smile. "They did not find our registration and took a while to sort that out. Afterwards the person checking us in took forever to have over our keys. The hotel room had water dripping onto the floor which was a hazard. The air conditioner also stopped working overnight. Overall This was a terrible stay. "

"We arrived late in the evening. The front desk guy was not professional at all. Told us that we only made a reservation and did not pay for our stay, which was not true. Then proceeded to called someone else that told him that the expedia reservation was payed. After that he gave us a key to a room smaller that the one we booked.
