"Terrible. Worst night of my life. Cheap windows fitted to the outside balcony to create more space in the rooms, but you can hear all the traffic below from the busy main road ALL night and day. No sleep whatsoever. Cables hanging every where in the room. Shared toilet with the whole floor. Never again. Avoid at all cost. £75/night in May. Really"

"I highly recommend Hostel El Gallo for anyone who is looking for a quiet stay in a clean room in the heart of Old Town without breaking the bank. The room is clearly has been recently renovated. The bathroom is all stone and the shower features both a falling water shower and a handheld shower hand. I would say the body wash was good but shampoo not so, and no hair conditioner. "Smooth and seamless check-in. The host was there ready for us. We arrived early but the room was ready and we were given the room keys. The hotel was simple but immaculately clean with fresh decoration. The room was too, fairly compact but everything seemed new and spotlessly clean.
