Holidays2Malaga Tomas Heredia is our spacious and bright apartment with traditional Andalusian style, featuring original wooden beams in the ceilings and hydraulic tiles and flooring in the bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 people. It is a place with personality and character. The large living-dining room, with balconies overlooking the street, also has a workspace with a bookshelf, ideal for those who travel not only for leisure but also for work, providing a comfortable corner for that purpose.

The practical kitchen is truly spacious and includes a pantry and everything needed for comfortable stays, whether short or long. You will have access to all the kitchenware as well as appliances: refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, four-burner stove, microwave, Nespressocoffee maker, etc. The kitchen, like the rest of the apartment, has windows and ventilation.

Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. One bedroom has two single beds, and the other has a 180 cm double bed with a small television.

Free Wi-Fi and air conditioningare provided.

Our magnificent apartment “Soho Tomás Heredia” is located on the central Calle Tomás Heredia. The apartment is situated in the Soho area, popularly known as the “Arts District.” This former bourgeois residential area, located in a privileged spot of the city, is just 150 meters from the Port of Málaga and next to the Alameda Principal (with bus and taxi stops), offering both locals and visitors a modern and diverse range of leisure, culture, commerce, and business.

Extras

The crib has an additional cost of €5 per day.The baby kit (crib, bath + high chair) costs €10 per day.

There is also the option to request in-person check-in at the apartment for an extra charge of €50.

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00 hrs. Key collection takes place at the office on the day of check-in until 21:00 hrs, with personalized assistance if needed or if you have any questions.The keys will be available for self-check-in outside starting at 21:00.You can leave your luggage at our office located at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia No. 6 (Málaga).

Check-in can be done online or in person at our office. Please, if you choose to do it in person (recommended), don’t forget to arrive early, as all guests over 16 years old will need to sign the mandatory police registration.

We remind you that we will ask for a refundable deposit by credit card upon your arrival.

Location, location, location
The apartment is located in an ideal location in the SoHo neighborhood. Easy walk to harbor, central market, and historic district. Less foot traffic than central and historic districts. Minimal street noise especially the bedrooms which face the back of the building. Steps from the entrance to the building is a great coffee shop with pastries and breakfast items. Great cheese shop and market close by. Apartment was comfortable and true to the photos. Although kitchen is a good size, it has suboptimal cooking equipment ( literally difficult to make an omelette) and only a few small packages of salt and pepper. If you plan to stay for more than a week, which we did, it is hard to prepare decent meals in the kitchen.

Loved this property and location
The flat and location were perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It’s convenient and very comfortable. A little suggestion: it would be useful if matches for the hob were left in the flat. It took some improvisation to make a pot of coffee before the shops were open on Sunday.

Tout ce que vous demandez à un appartement à Málaga: propreté, proximité de tous les attraits, sur une rue piétonnière, confort exceptionnel. L’appartement est très grand même pour quatre personnes, la cuisine bien équipée et les trois immenses portes-fenêtres apportent une belle luminosité dans l’espace de vie. Un seul commentaire négatif, la gestion de la location par Holiday2malaga est pitoyable, indigne de VRBO.

L'appartement est très beau et très spacieux, calme et bien situé. Le point négatif est que l'une des chambres ne dispose pas de fenêtre, et la fenêtre de la seconde est borgne et donne sur un mur pas très engageant !

100% Appartement
Absolut sauberes , gut eingerichtetes und perfekt gelegenes Appartement. Wir (Familie mit 2 Teenager) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund der Waschmaschine konnten wir unsere Strandhandtücher immer waschen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage ist top. Ohne diese wäre ein Schlafen nicht möglich gewesen. Aufgrund der Klimageräusche erwies sich Oropax als hilfreich beim Schlafen. Das Internet hat bestens funktioniert. Der Fernseher hat ausschließlich spanische Sender. Die Betten waren sehr gut . Die Gegend ist sehr sicher. Das Appartement liegt in einer kleinen Fußgängerzone mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Supermarkt in 2, Altstadt 5 und die Markthalle in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Strand Malagueta benötigt man ca.15 Minuten zu Fuß . Wir sind allerdings mit dem Bus 4 Stationen zu dem schöneren Strandabschnitt gefahren. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief problemlos, da Büro um die Ecke oder per WhatsApp. Das die Wohnung keinen Balkon hatte, fanden wir nicht weiter schlimm, da wir erstens keine Mücken haben wollten und zweitens es viel zu heiss war. Wir werden wieder kommen!
