Charming light and spacious attic apartment with a fantastic large terrace. It is located in Atarazanas Street, stunning location and accessible at all times. It has 2 bright bedrooms, one with doble bed 140 cm and direct access to the private terrace of 40 m2 from where you can enjoy the city skyline, views to all traditional buildings such as the cathedral, Muslim castle and other monuments. The other room has twin beds of 90cms. It has one toilet with big shower, living room with integrated kitchen in modern design and direct access to the private terrace. The whole flat has air conditioning and heating.

Its location is a quiet residential area during the night. Moreover, the area is very authentic and cosmopolita, the street connects the historical center with the new expansion of the city. It has all the shops and conveniences in one step. You may find a lovely mixture of traditional and contemporary commerce. It is on one step to Alameda Principal and to well known Calle Larios. Including all the museums, shopping and restaurants.

We have as a neighbor the best fresh everyday market of the city, well known as Atarazanas with its recently renewed door from its origins Nazarí style.

Within walking distance of 15 minutes to the beach, to the train and bus station. There are a few parkings around, do not hesitate to ask any doubts.

A week in Malaga
We had a nice stay. Location is excellent. The patio is beautiful. The owner is very easy to reach out to. The only complaint was the next door neighbors’ little dogs would bark non stop at times.

This apartment is located in an ideal spot… Easily walk to the port, the train station, museums, and old town. Added bonus: it’s right across from the market, which makes shopping a dream. Palma is a superb host and responds quickly to any concerns and requests. Highly recommend!

Great location in the center of Malaga - everything in walkin distance.
We had a great week end of November with warm weather for golfing during the day and already beautiful Chrismas decoration in the evenings. Palma was very friendly and always helpful. The fresh fish and fruit from the next door market-hall was very tasty. We can recommend Palmas apartment without hesitation!

Perfect place in Malaga
We had the perfect time in Malaga. The apartment was beautiful, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, just on the edge of the historic centre, it was very quiet and peaceful but just a minute’s walk to the main sights and sounds. We particulary enjoyed having breakfast on the large balcony with fantastic views over the city. Palma was a wonderful host, who welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The building is very secure and has the added bonus of a lift. Malaga is a beautiful city, and we would thoroughly recommend this apartment as the perfect place to stay.

Perfect Location
The apartment has everything you could possibly need. A great location for exploring the city and only a short walk to the train station which links to the airport. Palma responded very quickly to all our queries and allowed us to stay late in the apartment on the day we were leaving for an evening flight. Lots of lovely restaurants in the immediate area, a mini-market just a few doors away. The new H10 hotel is opposite and you can take a lift to the top floor and enjoy a drink on the rooftop terrace with amazing city and sea views. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised by how accommodating Palma was, on our early arrival and left behind laptop charger. The location is easy to find (if you like to venture out and find your way home easily) and much quieter than expected. Beds were very comfortable and the view is amazing. We had left an apartment in soho that was an ideal location and quiet and this surpassed our expectations. Thank you Palma for the patience and hospitality you gave.

Apartment in Centro, Malaga
This is an excellent apartment which is very conveniently situated in the centre of Malaga. It is opposite the market (well worth a visit) with several food shops within a few minutes walk. The apartment itself was well equipped, comfortable with a very large balcony. Most places are walkable from the apartment. Palma was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and made the check in process very straightforward. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great apartment with terrace, but limited hot water for shower
Very nice and well equipped penthouse apartment. Excellent location. The large outdoor terrace was great for relaxing. The owner was very responsive to any queries. My only suggestion for improvement would be to increase the available hot water for the shower. The hot water runs out quickly. It becomes very cold a few minutes into the shower. You then have to wait for about 5 minutes for the hot water to return.

Everything we wanted
We were very happy with the quality and location of this apartment. Palma met us at check-in and explained everything we needed. She also responded very quickly to any Whatsapp messages I sent. The location is perfect, in a good area of Malaga opposite the central food market, and a short walk from the cathedral and museums. It is two blocks from the Atarazanas metro station which is two stops from the main train and bus stations (altho you can easily walk this distance in 15min). The nearby Corte Ingles has an excellent food hall. We will come here again!

Great location with a wonderful view
The property is as its advertised. Great location, beautiful terrace, functional kitchen, all appliances operated as expected. Extra items in the kitchen which helped with meal preparation were great. As a suggestion bathroom could do little refresh. Only negative there are two dogs in the adjacent unit that bark at random times… never for long (about 5 minutes) and often late at night.

This place was great! This apartment is close to everything - in our experience none of the sights, shopping or places to eat were more than 500-700 meters away. The apartment itself has EVERYTHING, which makes it so easy to enjoy your holiday, you dont need to fill your suitcase with anything for the apartment. It was clean, and well kept and there is an elevator to the 6th floor. The star of the show is the balcony, there is so much space! We practically lived out there - the view at night is beautiful. Lastly, the service was amasing! Thank you for making everything easy and convienient for us. We arrived earlier than expected, but that wasnt a problem, we were able to leave our bags and get the keys, so we could start our holiday immediatly, which was just great when you have spendt the night/morning travelling. We will most definatly be back to this apartment when we go to Malaga again!

Wunderschönes Appartement in ausgezeichneter Lage!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in dem Appartement in Malaga. Die Wohnung ist großzügig angelegt, die Terrasse einfach riesig mit einem tollen Ausblick auf Malaga und das bergige Hinterland. Es funktioneren alle Geräte, die Betten sind sehr gut, das Badezimmer und vor allem die Dusche sehr groß. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es gute Bäckereien und einen Supermarkt. Für Einkaufe mit mehr Wahlmöglichkeiten empfiehlt sich der Supermarkt im Untergeschoß des El Corte Ingles. Es ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt zB gute fertige Speisen zum Mitnehmen, die man dann auf der tollen Terrasse genießen kann. Senora Palma Lopera ist sehr zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar und spricht sehr gutes Englisch. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen um diese wunderschöne Stadt Malaga zu genießen.

CityApartment mit Dachterasse
Das Apartment sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist gut ausgestattet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man mal gebrauchen kann, aber im Urlaub nicht unbedingt kaufen will, wie z.B. Frischhaltefolie, Küchenrolle, Gewürze, Filtertüten und vieles mehr. Die Dachterasse ist richtig groß. Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass die Gegend zentral und daher nicht ruhig ist. Dafür ist man in der Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Shoppingstr. und der Markthalle. In der selben Straße sind ein Supermarkt, drei Bäckereien, ein Bio Laden und weitere Geschäfte Die schriftliche Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin auf Englisch war kein Problem. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass sie offensichtlich kein Englisch spricht. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich in einem gepflegten Zustand, die Dusche könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Mitten im Leben
Für einen Städtetrip eine ideale Unterkunft, super zentrale gelegen und mit einer riesengroßen Terrasse, auf der Sonne ebenso wie Schatten oberhalb des Trubels der Stadt herrlich genossen werden kann. Ein wunderschöner Blick über die Stadt und auf die Kathedrale. Alles ist sehr gut auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von Beginn der Buchung bis Abreise eine perfekte und immer sehr prompte Betreuung durch Vermieterin (Palma). Vielen Dank dafür.

Worth visiting many times
It was the fourth time, we had booked the appartement. We love especially the big and sunny terrasse. The location is perfect - in the centre and close to the water. We are already looking forward to the next visit.
