Situated in the cultural capital of the Costa Del Sol, Malaga, in the middle of the centre, we offer our recently renovated three bedroom penthouse with spacious terrace with bbq, outdoor furniture and amazing view. The area is most famous for the amazing scenery, cultural sightseeing possibilities and excellent weather.
The accommodation has three bedrooms with two bathrooms and everything you expect from a holiday accommodation. Our penthouse has been designed with a spacious open plan living-room. The kitchen has a Scandinavian touch and the large top to bottom windows can be opened completely. The outdoor terrace has a lounge area, outdoor dining table and bbq to enjoy the warm Spanish evenings, making this a perfect getaway.
The beach and shopping malls are reachable within a reasonable time by car or public transportation.
The Space:
Our accommodation is a fully refurbished three bedroom apartment with a modern and cosy decoration. All amenities and functionalities to be expected from a holiday home are though of. Making this a perfect getaway for those who would like to be in the center of Malaga, within walking distance to restaurants and the supermarket.
We recommend renting a car or using the public transportation as this is the most convenient and cost effective way of transportation. Across the street of our penthouse you will find a supermarket, busstop and a public parking garage.

Getting Around:
Malaga is a walkable city
Most of the main tourist attractions in Malaga are within walking distance of each other, and most of the historic center is car-free, making it great for strolling. Plus, with the sunny weather, it's always nice to set out on foot.
We do recommend using a car, taxi or public transportation to go to your accommodation and travel from location to location.

1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.

TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
