I had book 2 rooms for 3 nights (22-25 Dec) ~ family & triple. After checked in at 2pm into the family room, we already noticed the false ceiling which is directly above the king size bed was covered with paper. It didn't bother us, until about 5pm, the paper fallen and dangling and we could see the big whole with piping. I had informed the reception and they will get someone repair while we are out for dinner. After we are back, again the false ceiling has been cover with paper, but the paper had fallen again, and this time with sand & dust onto my hubby head (as mentioned, it was directly under the bed). Again we ask for repaired, from 12am til 12.40am then he completed the repair. After he left, we still do not feel safe and decided to squeeze 3 person in a queen bed (one sleep at the side of king bed). Next morning, we requested to change room, and they informed us that pack our luggage and they will move for us when we are back after 3pm. The "game" started, ~ 1st room given was king and single, which is not enough for 4 adults. The 2nd room given was family room (king & queen), but this time the air con was not working fine. So, for the 3rd changed, they had given us 2 twin room instead. Overall their service are still very patient and polite. They even refund us some token when we checked out.
