"We absolutely loved our stay. The brothers who run it are so helpful and friendly, the apartments are perfect. Love that guests leave sun cream, hair spray, toiletries, oskars have a box for other guests to help themselves (all hotels should do this). The restaurant food is stunning I had the best gyros I’ve ever tasted!! Nice 15 min walk into lassi. We rebooked for next May before we left (loved it so much) thank you for making us so welcome 🤗 "

"Balhambra Suites is located in a great location near the harbor, Tavernas,stores and shopping, The hotel is older but well maintained, Most rooms are on the second floor with no elevator, There are no screens on the windows or balcony doors. However the cost of the room and location makes up for a few minor negatives."

"We stayed in a duplex two bedroom 1 & 1/2 bathroom unit. We were pleasantly surprised. It was a modestly decorated/furnished unit, very large and very clean. The kitchen was equipped with plates, glasses etc, all were crystal clean. The room was spotless. If you walk through the back courtyard, there is a little foot path that leads to their huge parking lot. From viewing the pictures we were not expecting the Kitchenette, we were able to eat cooked breakfasts and dinners on the balconies and made our trips easier and lighter to focus on activities. We could not ask for anything more, customer service was exceptional and proves one doesn’t have to stay in big hotels or chains. "What a fantastic hotel and location, great apartments, with good facilities and amenities. We had a pool/beach view with a nice balcony which was excellent. Not many shops in the vicinity but 3 restaurants (one excellent one) but it is a 15-min walk to Sami centre along the beach."

"The area was beautiful, the host was welcoming, the cleaning was daily. Food in the area was superb and plentyful. Boat hire is local. The driving in the local area was flatter than other parts of the island. There is nothing not to like!"
