"Fantastic place to stay. Lovely room with hot tub and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Comfy bed. Lovely view. Absolutely fantastic breakfast. The only thing that could do with improvement was the shower was too small for the big machine in there that gives you options of where the water comes out. A conventional single shower head would suit the shower much better as it would give you much more room! Other than that, absolutely perfect 10/10"

"We are just back from staying at the Metropolitan Boutique. Beautiful hotel, very clean and modern. Within walking distance of old town and Jewish quarter. Unfortunately however on our last night a large group of males descended on the hotel and were very disruptive. We were woken at 4am by the group coming into the hotel and then again at 730-0800am that morning when they proceeded to play loud music and sing. This was the only downside of the stay however. "

"This is a great location for southern Krakow. Away from the centre and expensive tourist restaurants, but still close to (apparently) the best pirogi (according to the locals). We pretty much just slept in the hotel, and for this it was clean and offered everything we needed to enjoy Krakow."

"Great hotel in a great location. Easy walk from train station. Close to town square, sites and restaurants. Very noisy one night from kids on street emptying out of bars. Not their fault, just wished it hadn’t happened. Otherwise, great stay. "

"We only stayed here one night as our flight was cancelled. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm and managed to get a meal which was good. The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean although the bathroom was small. We had breakfast the following morning which was adequate."

"I booked this apartment for two nights on a solo trip. I liked that the location is very central and close to the main square, and the price for two nights was very reasonable. I booked one of the design studios with mezzanine, it was on the third floor where there are only stairs up. The apartment was very clean, cosy and nicely decorated. "The property itself was really nice. Rooms good and modern. Bed super comfy. Great options for pillows. Room was clean. Bathrooms were spacious. The breakfast was good. Lots of options. The main hotel was clean. The staff was 50/50. We had two people during the stay who were super friendly. One of the breakfast attendants and Nataila on the front desk. "Second time we have stayed at this property when visiting Energylandia. Walkable to the park with a McDonald’s in the middle. Not much else round but perfect for what we needed. Price was excellent too "

"We enjoyed our stay, the themes Sheriff's cabin was amazing and warm, my daughter's loved the bunk beds. We ate at the restaurant on several occasions and it was very tasty and the service was amazing. The breakfasts are also good with a nice variety of food, it's just a bit weird that some people take food from breakfast for their lunch. The proximity to Energylandia is good and the train that's included makes it the perfect location to visit. We'll be back! "
