BKs Premier Motel Hamilton
5/5 Excellent
"The customer service at this facility is excellent, with friendly staff who make you feel welcome. The bathrooms are clean, especially when compared to places like the Heartland Ambassador Hotel.
Additionally, there's a bus stop within walking distance, which is very convenient.
The facility is generally clean, though it may not be ideal for those with allergies. I personally experienced an allergic reaction on the first day due to dust, but it was less severe than my experience at the Heartland Ambassador Hotel, where the reaction lasted for three days.
The only downside is the lack of clear parking guidelines; despite being asked to register our car, it ended up being first-come, first-served, meaning if other tenants have multiple cars, you may need to park on the street.
Overall, I would book this hotel again when we're back in Hamilton or passing through."
