يعني مو عيب انه نحنا ضيوف الرحمن ويكون الاوتيل ل عالحرم ويكون بهالسوء؟ كابعرف كيف بيرضى صاحب الاوتيل بهالمصاري انه حلال رغم على مايبدو هالمشاكل قديمة Very smelly hall (like sewage) + room Soggy matress in awkward position beds Wifi doesnt reach the higher floors Very loud halls.. there is a big room next to us that staff use and they were loud for over half an hour in the morning which woke us up Only good thing is the good location + friendly staff

I would not recommend it if you're travelling with family because they don't provide any service apart from providing the room which was so tiny not very clean.

Good cost, but you give up a lot
What positive things can I say? It was located on the front strip in front of the Grand Mosque - about a 20 minute walk away (could be worse, and I couldn't find anything closer at this price point). Felt safe in the hotel and its surroundings. Around the hotel are numerous food stalls and food courts for take out food (limited seating at some places). The front desk check in person was pleasant and was able to tell us how much a taxi would cost to go out to Mt. Arafat and Mina. Other than that, there isn't a lot of positive to say. The room was extremely small. The two single beds were smaller than expected - mine was OK, but my husband's was not very comfortable. The walls had stains on them where food hadn't made it into the trash can and though it was cleaned off, it wasn't cleaned well. The small bathroom was a "wet" bathroom where the shower was not contained in the extremely small pan where the water was meant to flow. There was a sewer smell from the drain in the bathroom. The people at a concierge stand could not help us get a taxi or answer any other questions that we had because we did not speak Arabic. The hotel caters mostly to groups.
