"Downtown area, a bit rundown, but wide street and Hotel is situated close to Bars and restaurants, there is a bottle shop next door and so could be a sound issue (no double glazing). Air-conditioning was excellent, one of the best I have had outside of USA.Hotel is a bit dated, but staff are friendly and helpful, only bed issue was it was 2 singles pushed together but made up as 2 singles, so a bit cramped."

"Our wonderful ranger David made our trip! He ensured that we saw lots of wonderful animals and was full of enthusiam — we could not have been happier! The main lodge and rooms are of a high standard and beautifully decorated, but the management and staff are in need of training. Everything is very slow.....s"
