"This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. "

"Limited linens, only two coffee cups. We ended up buying towels, washcloths and a coffee maker. They had a keurig type but we had no k cups and brought ground coffee with us. The dishwasher was not emptied even though it had been run. I had to constantly empty the dehumidifier. And it was freezing, I don’t believe the thermostats work."

"As you walk in, you don't know what to expect since the building used to be the old water department. However, the room was cute, clean and suited the purpose. The amount of stairs we had to climb was unexpected as my spouse will be getting knee surgery soon. Otherwise great job with the renovated the building. "

"This was a perfect apartment for the two of us! It is small, but very comfortable and had everything we needed! It was in a great location - close to hiking, local restaurants, the alpaca farm, and great local shops. We had a wonderful long weekend!"

"We rented this cabin so we could meet up with our granddaughter (from Nashville area) to do some hiking. It was perfect for us! We were easily able to drive to Giant City for hiking and dinner. We also drove a bit further to hike at Tunnel Hill and Cache River State park. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. Even though there were several cabins around us, we felt like we had plenty of privacy. We'll definitely be staying here...
