Room and view was great however the food was not very nice. Had to eat out all trip as the food was below par inside the resort. Kids enjoyed the beach and pool.

Dont expect much as you paid little compared to all other hotels on the Makadi bay. Hotel could benefit from a face lift. Choice of food and drinks limited. On the positive, staff is very friendly.

It was most bad experience in my life. The hotel was very terrible and not clean enough. The food was very bad , and no varieties. The people who are working there are friendly .

Not a vacation!
It sucked, the food sucked and the customer service sucked. Poor quality hotel, it had chipped paint all around the hotel. No elevator where it needs to be.

At check-in staff had no clue that our room was prepaid via expedia and asked us for payment! Could not figure out how to use safe in room and when we asked for help no one came. Sink drain was almost none functional! Breafast was mediocre.
