"When I arrived the only person there was a Thai lady who spoke little English; I showed her my Hotels.com booking # and she said it wasn't in their system. I had booked a deluxe double. I wanted to speak to the manager but she said she was away organizing a wedding and had not checked that day's bookings. The lady herself did not know how to do it. She showed me the last room avail. which was a twin room far from deluxe. I took it and got a bad back from the hard bed I slept on. Breakfast was...
