This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms home is located in a lovely and quiet community. Close to shops, restaurants, just minutes away from Winter Park. Great for Disney vacations, corporate housing, holidays, UCF, Full Sail University, Rolling College (graduations or events) or just to relax in sunny Florida.
While in Florida this is your lovely home to wind down after a long day. The formal living and dining room greets you as you walk into the front door, which is great for formal entertaining. Family room and kitchen combo is just perfect for the chef of the home. While cooking you are still able to be a part of the action. Breakfast bar is perfect for those quick meals. Master bedroom with King Size bed set, En-suite Bathroom, walk-in closet & sliding glass door that opens into the porch area. Perfect Place to Celebrate with Family
Check-in process was seamless and timely. Accommodations suited everyone's needs. Plenty of room to gather and enjoy each other's company. Outside Patio was a favorite place. Location was extremely coinvent to all our events.

This house is in a GREAT location! So close to all the good things. We stayed for our daughter's graduation from Full Sail University, and it was an overall good place. Plenty of room for all 6 of us to spread out, and it felt like we could all have our own space. The owner is very nice as well.

Amazing Stay
Stayed here for a wedding. The location was ideal since it was close to Altamonte Springs and Winter Park areas but out of the way enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The house was beautiful and everything was ready for use. The owner is great to work with, answers promptly and helped us with our needs

Great Small Family Gathering Place
Love the layout of the home and responsiveness of hostess! (We needed a few things & they were delivered pronto!!!) Card table & folding chairs came in handy too. Screened in porch & fenced in back yard very convenient. We did not have younger children with us but if we had there are books, equipment & games for them.

Our stay near Orlando
It is a very nice house in a safe neighborhood. This was very convenient to all of the places that we were going to. We were there for a graduation celebration. The owner made it very easy for us to get there and gave us instructions for entry and for leaving. Kitchen was well equipped and enough towels and wash clothes.

Great property in a VERY quiet neighborhood.
Liz is fantastic. Super communicative and made renting her property incredibly easy. The house is in a super quiet neighborhood in a great area. We enjoyed our stay and will be recommending this property to friends and family looking to visit the area. We also found a fantastic Cuban shop nearby and got an excellent Cortadito.
