"This is the 4th year I have stayed at this property and I always enjoy it! It has the most beautiful view of the Pacific with beautiful sunsets. I love the location and Concon is very tranquil. If you are looking for a great location and comfortable place to stay This is it. Vina Del Mar, Valparaiso and Renaca are an uber ride away. if you feel like doing more touristy things. Andrea has always been a great host and the property is beautiful. Can't wait to go back next trip! "

"So sad we chose this property! A lovely escape turned into a horrible week. The property was filthy when we arrived (5PM) No cleaning was ever made. SAND everywhere: floor, in the kitchen sink, in the shower, inside the Closet Drawers! Hairs! Dirty windows, awful and I was charged 45 USD (cleaning fee). I called the admins and sent pictures. "I actually was not able to stay at the property because I could not find it nor could I contact the host. I wrote him 2 messages (both in Spanish). No reply. There was a name but no phone number to call. I'll look into trying to recoup what I paid, but I think that the "no refunds" part of this rental is highly questionable. "
