All about the accommodation was fine, what I didn’t like is the checkin process and seeing another customer in the same situation than me, told me that it was not just my fault. Fortunately I had internet service in Spain, if not, I don’t know how I would do it. "Small & we stayed a week adults - wouldn't take more - & it was fine. Bed now different to pics - a day bed that pulls out with a bit of wriggling to make a double. Roof terrace accessed by the spiral stairs, furniture here not as pic - old wooden, rickety sun beds. Terrace has 360 views. Lift to 3rd floor then a flight of steps & outside to access property. We told agent from the outset we would be arriving circa 9pm, assured this would be ok & we would be met - later got notification of late...

"Excellent unit, clean and bright. Once we got the parking information (get the video) we were settled and could easily walk to all the sights. Make sure you get all the videos (they forgot the parking videos), the property mgmt company is a little bit of a challenge to communicate with, in the end it was worth it."

"The worst experience we've ever had at a vrbo. I had asked to check in at 12:30 but at 11, a guy texted me telling me would only wait until noon then he would leave and come back at 3 to let us in. When we arrived, there was no central A/C, and the fan above in the living room didn't work. The guy who opened the door and went over the place, told us to call management so they could fix the fan and the portable AC unit in the back. There was one room-wall unit that plugs in one room and the other...

"This is a lovely studio apartment in a great location steps away from the Setas structure, shopping and grocery stores. About 20 minutes walk from the Cathedral. The apartment has excellent appliances but has the bare minimum in terms of cutlery and plates (3-4 of each) and has no cooking utensils (ladle, spatula, spoon) which was a challenge for cooking breakfast or dinner meals.
