The website announces that bedding is provided, but then the owner writes to you to ask for €10 per person for sheets and towels. On arrival, you are told to use a screwdriver to clean the shower drains of hair before you leave. Then on departure, with minutes to spare, you are told to clean the whole place yourself or pay another €50. It’s not unusual to ask for a cleaning fee, but...

"The property is perfect to visit all the sites around Mount Ventoux. The swimming pool was relaxing and a perfect temperature.. it wasn’t clear to us that the vote was near to families own property. Whilst this didn’t bother us as the family kept themselves to themselves we were slightly surprised. Would definitely recommend this property to others"

The "Cottage" name suggested it might be small, but everything about it was perfect sized: the bedroom, the closets, the kitchen, the living room, and the magnificent bath room. Clean, well appointed, comfortable, accessible, and most of all, we felt like we were home. Our hosts were available and extremely helpful, and most of all, so nice and kind in every possible way. "The property is very difficult to find, some signs would have helped, although we were given a small compensation for there being no pool when it was advertised there was a pool it did spoil our holiday"

"Nice property, pretty much as advertised. Owners were very communicative, helpful & pleasant, check in & out easy. The bed was really comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need from breakfast to evening meal. It has a nice terrace outside, but we didn’t use it to eat out on as the wind was unusually strong while we were there. I would imagine that in full summer, the shaded part of the terrace would give some welcome relief from the sun. The bathroom was good & it was nice to...
