"Lovely few days spent here, AnneMarie & Horst were great hosts. The area where the pension/guest house is situated is such a beautiful little village. The views around us were to die for, every way you turned you were surrounded by snow capped mountains."

"Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

Wer sich zurückziehen will geht in den Keller in die Lounge und lümmelt sich auf eines der 3 Sofas. Die anderen sitzen im Esszimmer, auf der Ostterrasse oder der Westterrasse, je nach Sonnenbedarf. Die Kinder konnten sich mit Trampolin, Rutsche, Schaukel und Spielwiese auch gut mal selber beschäftigen. Schade, dass die Sauna, die Anfang des Jahres noch...

Gode madresser/senge. Idelle forhold til både sommerferie og vinterferie. "We stayed here February 2020 for one week of skiing and can only recommend the Hotel Pension Pinzgauer Hof to everyone. The location is very close to the ski lift. The rooms are decent sized (note: the showers in the bathroom do not have a curtain, so the bathroom floor will be wet, but it's heated and dries fast). Great Base Hotel

"This is a perfect location for those wanting to have a base and venture out and about. The rooms are perfect with tea and coffee facilities for that cuppa when you just need a drink. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom/wet room is fantastic with toiletries provided. Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options. The hotel has a bar with a great selection and excellent prices. There is a sauna which is available to guests. Highly recommend 👌. "

The Comodo Bad Gastein, a Member of Design Hotels

"Such and amazing hotel with outstanding design and service! The restaurant is great with very good breakfast as well as dinner options. The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and we had great nights of sleep. The only thing to comment on are the doors in the hallways as they close loudly and we could hear it in the room especially in the mornings. "

"This place is first rate, would absolutely stay again. It appears to be brand new, and everything was in impeccable, perfect condition. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating - he dealt with our late check-in, invited us to a local event (New Year's Eve fireworks!), and allowed us a late checkout to help us deal with a complicated family situation. Shower is beautiful, kitchen area is great, beds comfortable, and really nice coffee maker setup. The area is not particularly walkable, as you are not in the town, but the hotel is along a main road and is very easy to drive to. Great view of mountains of Bad Gastein, and only 5-10 minutes drive into town. Owner spoke perfect English, in case that's important to you. :)"
