Closed but very helpful

The hotel is actually closed for a refurbishment, there was no actual booking, however the staff sorted 2 rooms for us, very friendly staff.

We used this for a 2 night stay, the hotel is a little faded but has started a refurbishment programme. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the bar meals we had were good. The location is good and we could walk along the Thames from the hotel. The hotel was clean and good value.

Great location right next to the river Thames. The hotel is easy to find with good sized car park at the back. Well connected to main roads into/out of London and close to Heathrow airport. The access to the Thames path is right outside the hotel so good place to visit if you like walking along the riverbank.

Friendly and great location with easy parking. Room was clean although a little dated, but as they seem to be renovating sure this will change. A shame lots of hotel is closed for renovations and not mentioned when booking, however the great view, clean and spacious room and ease of stay means I would happily stay again.

Pleasant and efficient staff. My room had a balcony, which was most appreciated during that week’s heatwave. Excellent private parking area with CCTV.

This property is in need of refurbishing but is comfortable otherwise. The staff, particularly Shweta, are very helpful. Parking is excellent. Beds are comfortable. Short walk to Maidenhead shops.

I stayed for a week on business. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Decor and fixtures are dated however, the hotel is currently being refurbished and hopefully these will be improved. The noise from other guest rooms were an issue but if you're looking for a cheap and cheerful hotel you can't really go wrong. Parking was also free with plenty of available spaces

Very clean, staff friendly and helpful, next to the Thames - great view. We didn’t use the bar and restaurant but looked ok, easy free parking. The hotel is a bit dated and tired and does not have a lift. Great price.

The hotel has a very rich history and shows its age. It was under major renovations November, 2024. The staff was awesome and the hotel is very clean. There is no elevator and since the lower level is under construction it requires carrying luggage upstairs. There is a secured parking lot at the hotel.

A favorite when visiting Maidenhead

My wife & I have stayed at the Uno Thames on several occasions over the past 5 or 6 years because of its location near to my brother in law. It has some lovely views over the river and makesxa great base for exploring the surrounding area. On every occasion the hotel has suited our needs and the staff are always helpful. On this particular occasion the restaurant was closed for refurbishment but evening meals were still being served in the bar/lounge. The meals are excellent.

Property is very tired and very understaffed. The location is excellent though. The rooms were also very tired however the beds were extremely comfortable. This hotel with some investment and redec/moderisation has the potential to be very nice.

The hotel needs renovating as the rooms are dated with wallpaper peeling off, holes etc..the level of cleanliness is poor. No lifts and no help to carry cases to rooms. Staff are friendly and location is lovely. If the hotel was modernised it would be a lovely place to stay for sure
