"This is an interesting spur of the moment stay. Whilst it was 'off the beaten track' (its not) between the two Auckland beach suburbs, it was easy to find. Staff show'n'tell: 10/10. The Studio room was spacious, very modern and clean 10/10. Two firm beds (10/10). Aircon (10/10). A large shower. TV in room (9/10). Free parking onsite (10/10). Outside entertaining area available to sit and get eaten by the mosquitos :). Lovely place. I'd stay again. "

"Nice setting, parking is in a separate carpark to units you are a few minutes out of town but cafe is on site. Pretty and peaceful. Will book again."

"Amazing location, loungers on the beach, fabulous beach front alfresco dining, on site restaurant served great food with a homely touch. Service was impeccable yet casual and friendly. Large rooms, nice bathrooms. The fit out of the room is nice but fairly basic if comparing to a 4-5 star hotel"

"What a fabulous weekend. Amazing spot, everyone is so friendly and love the cottage. Just what we expected. Would definently come back and stay again!!! Had issues with our pickup and owners of the cottage kindly drove us to the wedding event up the road. Thank you for an amazing weekend!!!"

"We loved this quaint british-style pub and hotel. Its a bit old school but that definintely adds to the charm. The nearby sculture garden is also a fun stop worth the time, as it feels pretty unique to wander through the primordial forest looking at scultures planted around..."
